Who receives your inquiry
Ignite Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore, receives inquiries sent through this website. The form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and message, plus permission to process your inquiry. The website also attaches your selected product interest and inquiry type.
How the information is used
We use those details to review your inquiry, understand your product needs and follow up with you. The optional marketing communications checkbox is separate from the required permission to process your inquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or confidential customer information.
Attribution and website events
When a link includes campaign tags, the website can retain a limited set of those tags in your browser’s session storage and attach them to your inquiry. We keep the first and most recent campaign touch separately within that browsing session. Your inquiry also includes the landing-page path and referring website origin when available. These details help identify the campaigns and pages that led to a conversation. They do not include your form message or email address.
The website records basic interactions within your browser, such as viewing a product or submitting an inquiry. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow analytics. You can change that choice in the website footer. Your form’s personal information is excluded from these interaction events.
Storage and access
Inquiries are sent to HubSpot, our customer relationship system. The embedded form handles delivery through HubSpot. Product interest and campaign attribution are attached as submission metadata. The website does not publicly display submissions. Access should be limited to the people and authorized tools handling the inquiry.
If the website cannot confirm that your inquiry was saved, it will show an error instead of confirming success. If a connection error interrupts submission, contact growth@ignite.tech before resubmitting.

You can use the contact form to ask about your inquiry or request correction or deletion of your submitted details. Clearly identify the request and the email address associated with it.
